Nantong Yaolong Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is an integrated manufacturer specializing in stainless steel welded industrial tubes and pipes. Yaolong operates four production bases in Foshan, Guangdong, and Nantong, Jiangsu, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 metric tons. The company has been recognized as a High and New Technology Enterprise.
Our experienced technical team works with advanced equipment imported from the United States, Germany, France, and Japan. We produce industrial pipes from Φ16 to Φ2000 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 18 mm in accordance with GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS, and ISO standards. Our inspection capabilities include eddy-current testing, metallographic examination, hydrostatic and leak testing, spectrochemical analysis, X-ray inspection, roughness measurement, endoscopy, and universal mechanical testing.
Yaolong operates 10 automatic industrial pipe welding lines equipped with online internal weld-bead removal and bright annealing systems. These lines produce welded tubes from Φ16 to Φ273 mm. Tubes with internal weld beads removed and solution annealed are widely used in boilers, heat exchangers, condensers, heaters, and other mechanical equipment.
We also operate 12- and 16-meter bending machines and rolling equipment to produce large-diameter welded pipes from OD Φ325 to Φ2000 mm for oil and gas, chemical processing, paper manufacturing, wastewater treatment, energy, environmental protection, and textile applications. Our proprietary automatic internal and external polishing equipment achieves surface finishes as low as Ra ≤ 0.2 μm. These polished tubes serve hygienic applications in the food, beverage, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, brewing, and electronics industries.
