Uncompromising Quality at Every Stage
From raw material sourcing to final delivery, our integrated quality management system ensures every pipe meets or exceeds ASTM A312 requirements.
Raw Material Verification
Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing on every heat of steel. Full chemical analysis by optical emission spectrometry before production begins.
In-Process Control
Continuous dimensional monitoring during forming and welding. 100% non-destructive electric testing (eddy current or ultrasonic) per ASTM A312 requirements.
Final Testing & Documentation
Hydrostatic testing of every pipe. Mechanical testing including tensile, flattening, flaring, and intergranular corrosion tests. Full EN 10204 3.1 certificates with every shipment.
Certifications & Approvals
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU, AD 2000-W0, and ASME certified. Third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Lloyds Register.
