—— Material Grades ——

Available Grades for Every Application

Select from our comprehensive range of austenitic stainless steel grades, each optimized for specific service conditions.

TP304

General Purpose

The most widely used austenitic stainless steel. Excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric and general chemical environments. Suitable for food processing, architectural, and industrial applications.

TP304L

Low Carbon

Low carbon variant of 304 for enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. Ideal for heavy-gauge welded components where post-weld heat treatment is not feasible.

TP316

Marine / Chemical Grade

Molybdenum addition provides superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride environments. The standard for marine, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical applications.

TP316L

Low Carbon / Marine

Combines the corrosion resistance of 316 with the weldability benefits of low carbon content. Preferred for welded structures in aggressive chloride and acidic environments.

TP321

Stabilized Grade

Titanium-stabilized to prevent chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries. Designed for prolonged service in the 800–1500°F (427–816°C) temperature range.

TP347

Niobium Stabilized

Columbium/niobium-stabilized for high-temperature applications. Excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. Used in high-temperature chemical and aerospace applications.
