ASME BPE tubes(Bioprocessing Equipment) refers to high-purity stainless steel tubing manufactured, finished, and tested in strict compliance with the ASME BPE Standard. This global standard governs the design, materials, fabrication, and surface finishes of equipment and systems used in sanitary or hygienic applications, primarily within the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and personal care industries.
Biopharmaceutical: Purified Water (PW), Water-for-Injection (WFI), Clean-in-Place (CIP), Steam-in-Place (SIP) lines, fermentation, cell culture, and purification process piping.
Pharmaceutical: Process fluids, solvent distribution, API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing.
Food & Beverage: High-purity ingredient transfer, final product filling.
Cosmetics & Personal Care: High-value product manufacturing.
